As I am away on further fitness training during April there will be no pole classes running. But don't want anyone to forget about there flexibility.
For those ladies who achieve.
1.box splits or
2. Front splits
3. Box splits with chest flat on floor
By 2nd may 2016
Will be intilted to a free 1-1 pole class in may 2016
