Private Group LessonsThese lessons are for people who already know each other and are good friends or family who wish to have a lesson together in a private setting. They are a great way to start out with Yoga if you are nervous about coming in the public group lessons for the first time, or for clients wishing to have a more intensive lesson

One to One LessonsThese lessons are for an individual wishing to improve their Yoga skills on a one on one situation with the instructor. This guarantees the instructors undivided attention for the whole session. Great for getting the ultimate Yoga workout and working on the more advanced positions.
