We are running a Certificate of attendance and completion workshop on Yoga for anxiety.
Anxiety is based on mental response according to expectancy, emotions and challenging situations.
The Yoga Mat can also be the perfect space to address both expectancy, challenges and emotions, based on Anxiety.
This workshop will educate on the pattern of thought that contributes to anxiety and poor form.
You will learn techniques to deal with these responses by using the mind to direct a new pathway of choice, on the mat.
